Earth Day is tomorrow so with that in mind, I am sharing a round-up of kids activities that utilize reused, repurposed, or recycled items from around the house. They are super cheap, simple, and environmentally friendly.

Here we go!

Duct Tape for Kids – reuse an old coffee can for a shape sorter.

Repurpose old containers for storage

A flowering spring tree made from pink packing peanuts:

Use a rotisserie chicken container for planting:

Cardboard and a gift wrapping tube make a fun balloon hockey stick:

Paper towel tubes create a marble maze:

Recycle old broken crayons:

Shredded packing paper works great for sensory play:

Used, dried coffee grounds make a fragrant spring bear:

Repurpose gloves to make a fun motor game – Velcro Ball

The milk jug toss repurposes a milk jug:

Extra or old gloves and plastic bottles make  perfect games for your favorite furry friend:

Ping Pong Ball (or marble run) from gift wrapping and paper towel tubes:
